Sou graduada em Ciências Biológicas com bacharelado em Ecologia pela
Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) com ênfase em biologia marinha,
em que estudei o sistema de comunidades de matrizes de algas epilíticas (MAE,
também conhecidas como Turfs).

Atualmente sou mestranda no PPG Ecologia e Recursos Naturais na Universidade
Estadual Norte Fluminense (UENF) em que continuo os estudos das matrizes de
algas epilíticas (Turfs), especificamente para entender sua composição nutricional
em relação à ecologia trófica da ictiofauna nos recifes rochosos de Arraial do
Cabo-RJ/Brasil.

Graduated in Biological Sciences with a bachelor’s degree in Ecology from the
Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with emphasis on marine biology, in
which I studied the community system of epilithic algal matrices (EAM a.k.a. Turfs).
I’m currently a master’s student in the post graduated program of Ecology and
Natural Resources at Universidade Estadual Norte Fluminense (UENF) where I
continue to study the turfs’ matrix, specifically to understand their nutritional
composition in relation to the trophic ecology of the ichthyofauna in the rocky reefs of
Arraial do Cabo-RJ/Brazil.
